Initial Comment:
User is getting error about processing an NTFS file:

Invalid API argument (fs_attr_add_run: error adding aditional run (11954): No filler entry for 2092. Final: 5078) ( - proc_attrseq: put run- proc_attrlist)

Debug logs show that a filler entry should exist there.  Debugging further...

Message:
Error was in adjustment of offset of filler entry.  Fixed in trunk in
revision 58.
