[sleuthkit-announce] Autopsy 1.73 Release

In record time, a new version of Autopsy is available.  The new mactime 
flag format ('-i day' instead of just '-i') was not incorporated into the 
distributed version of autopsy.  So, when a timeline was created an error was shown.  v1.73 fixes this.  Thanks to Cathy Buckman for pointing 
this out!
