#37 Provide all metadata

TSK currently provides standard metadata in TSK_FS_META. Different file systems have different types of metadata beyond what is stored in there. The OCFA folks (Rob Meijer et al.) requested that the other metadata be made available in a name/value pair list. Presumably, there would a #define for the name of each file system-specific metadata value and it could be used to map to the corresponding value.
