#216 Autopsy 3.1.0 will not install "WindowsRegistryIngestModule" and "WindowsRegistryContentViewer"

Autopsy 3.1.0 will not install "WindowsRegistryIngestModule" and "WindowsRegistryContentViewer". I'm able to Add the plugins, but it will not let me install them. The following message is returned when I try to install the plugins, "Some plugins require plugin Autopsy-Core to be installed". I have Autopsy-Core version 10.0.11 installed and not sure why the error is being returned.
