#193 Device access broken on WINAPI?

Neither with the pre-compiled and a cygwin compiled tsk 3.2.3 am I able to access devices on windows. Tried multiple devices.
Platform is 64-bit Win7.

Error of pre-compiled version:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

In the Cygwin version the device size detection seems to fail.
Hard-coding the size in the function in img/raw.c provides a work-around for the moment.

I'll see what I can find and add it to this tracker.
