#162 Do a lazy load on $Secure

Eduardo Aguiar observed that TSK 3.1+ is slower on some images. the verbose trace seems to show that the $Secure file on this image is really fragmented and takes a long time to load each time. This could be fixed by doing a lazy load on the $Secure data.
