#290 sleep H. no longer recognize data card, crashes routinely

Using macmini , OS10.9.5 ... PR system one 560P., purchased used from Craigs.,
Sleepy head downloaded all date nicely immediately, I saw prior owners data plus my 10 days or so of new data.

Now sleepy head :
1. says it does not see the data card
2. crashes and must be opened again over and over and over.

For a few days one contributors recommended sequence worked to see and accept data
he said
1, open sleepy head and arrive at window saying "what do you want to do"
2. THEN plug in the data card reader and it successfully downloaded the daily data, im tracking daily
3. successfully printed daily reports for three days.

now it just crashes and must be reopend and does not see the data card at all

HELP

thanks folks

ps please spell out explanations in simple terms I use my mac for hours a day but am not a pro

ps, for a day or two using Chrome not safari seemed to make it work better, now nada

sorry about that oversight

also, its fantastic software, I've learned a Ton about apnea just by the first week or so of studying my response to therapy, combined with medical scientific background, I have a md degree and did a great critical care rotation during which I got good medical training regarding support for critically ill folks and people on vent plus cpap

another issue: I lost the header bar so cannot navigate to other programs, must close sleepyhead completely to work with other programs

If its still a struggle tomorrow perhaps I'll bug you again. I'll try
to figure out how to generate a .zip file
