Mark...
I've read everything I can find on Wiki, Forums, etc... I still want to go deeper... You obviously know more or have studied the subject of CPAP and data meanings in depth...
Please point me to a more in-depth source to increase my knowledge... Text book, web source, whatever... I am wanting to know more about the data presented, what the norms are, what the physical implications are, etc...
Thanks in advance
Ed
Most of my knowledge comes from an engineer and hackers perspective... my medical knowledge on Sleep Disorders is quite limited. I do spend a lot of time reading research papers and study reports available online (google has it all!), but it's not so easy processing it all with cognitive fog.
There are some good medical textbooks on Sleep Medicine and the neurological side of things out there. I've seen a few of the often quoted ones on eBay, but they aren't cheap. A good University library might have what your looking for.
Dig deep in the various forums history. CPAPTalk and ApneaBoard are both fantastic. Ask a lot of questions.
If you stay away from as-a-Patient questions (which will get you kicked/chastised), the BinarySleep forum has a wealth of advanced information from those who work in the industry.
I'm not being very helpful I know, but persistence and google is the key here. and occasionally there are a few gems on wikipedia, provided you filter through the crap.
Good luck. I'm always interested to hear about good resources on this subject.
Mark.
I'm having trouble getting any SPO data into SH.
I am using new CMS50E every night and collecting the data.
However, the file is an .SpO2 not .SpOr.
Attached are the three files created each night.
Any suggestions on how to Import these to SH.?
Thanks
Ed
