Tiny Windows commandline-program:
First you choose between shutdown, hibernate and standby. Then you are asked for a countdown time in minutes. When the countdown is finished the chosen option will be executed. Just look at the screenshots its really easy to use. But be aware that it will force hibernation mode even if it is not activated.
