#3 Wrong text encoding

I've tried to add german subtitles to one of my
slideshows (including "Umlaute") and had to notice,
that the text encoding used by slcreator for the
generated slideshow.txt file does not match to the one
expected by dvd-slideshow / imagemagick convert.

I've checked the dvd-slideshow code and there's no
encoding specified, which means that any input.txt file
has to match the default encoding of imagemagick/convert.
But, I don't know what encoding convert is using by
default.

Reencoding the slideshow.txt generated by slcreator to
UTF-8 seems to work, at least for german subtitles ...
