#63 Fix for dates in language of choice

No

The patch to have date printed in a language of choice
submitted for Bender was based on Date::Manip, and has
been adapted in Fry codebase to work with Date::Format.

Unfortunately the syntax
Date::Format->language('English') doesn't work even if
it's written in the package documentation.

This fix uses the Date::Language package (from the same
Date::Format distribution) and it works applied to
2.1.1.

To activate it you have to add a row in vars with name
datelang and value supported by Date::Language
('Austrian', 'Czech', 'Dutch','English', 'French',
'German', 'Italian', 'Norwegian')
