#112 More Interesting H.O.F.

This patch adds most hits and commented stories from
part week and past month. Hof.PM, hof.pl and
main;hof;default template are changed.

Just added a few new subs to Hof.PM, there's not much
to it really. Runs in about 15 seconds on a super slow
machine on a site with about 17,000 stories.
