Well, to make things even worse, I waited a few minutes and started both
apache and slash back up, and guess what, it now is working?!?!?!
Should I be scared? I am. Running ver 2.2.4
This is not a networking cache problem, because I am ssh'd into my box at
home and trying to access the site from the same machine (using the internet
domain, not the local). I get the caching problems when connecting from
work, but that is a different story.

Subject: [Slashcode-general] HELP - Config is hooped!
Date: Wed, 03 Jul 2002 08:02:50 -0500
I had a fine working install of slash until 10 minutes ago. All I did was
stop and restart apache and slash, and now I am getting the apache default
install was successful page!
I have the include in httpd.conf for my slash site. When I do a configtest
it says it can't find the servername, using 127.0.0.1.
The only other thing is that my ISP told me I was going to be getting a
dynamic IP, and I am using a static hostname from dyndns.org, but my IP is
the same as always.
Please, any help!!
