You need to include a link to more information, such as
1) a dump of your skins table
2) a dump of your topic_nexus table
3) a description of exactly what you did, when you tried to set this up
In my experience, *most* people forget to add a serveralias entry in
their site's httpd conf file for the new subdomain. And most forget
to restart httpd.
Please make sure you've read the FAQ for subdomain info too:
My slashcode stuff: http://slash.lottadot.com/
Slashcode faq: http://slash.lottadot.com/slash-faq
Shane's advice is good. Also, if you are running Slash with a two-dot
root IP name (e.g. not "foo.com" but "bar.foo.com") and you will be
having four-dot skin names (e.g "baz.bar.foo.com") you will need to
set the var "cookiedomain" (to e.g. ".bar.foo.com", note leading dot).
I actually didn't know this until last month. The skin URLs on one of
my test sites just never worked until Pudge mentioned that var to me :)
