Summary: Adds mysql->postgresql sql functions
Initial Comment:
This patch to the slashschema_create SQL script for
PostgreSQL adds an handful of functions to mimic
existing MySQL functions (from_unixtime, to_days, etc.)
and fixes a bug in a table definition.
The functions have been kindly contributed by Zachary
Beane <xa...@xa...> and are in the public domain.
