[Slashcode-general] New Install, off server trouble

My new install works great, when I am on the server. But, when I
access from a PC on the same subnet I have a few troubles:

*None of the Icons show up.
*I cannot click into anything on the site (I receive a single web page
with "blocked" message). External links are fine.

I looked into the apache and slash logs, actually tailed them while I
repeat the error, and nothing shows up.

slash 2.2.6, perl 5.8.8, apache 1.3.37

**My server name is not DNS registered, but I have it in the hosts
file for the server & PC. Should this matter? I can't see how.
