[Slashcode-general] problems with add topic

When I try to add a section, i get: "The server encountered an internal
error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request."
Otherwise the installation of  cvs slash version R_2_5_0_94  seems to work
fine:  www.mashdot.com

Also, I am having issues putting embedded youtube videos in a story.  I
tried changing the allowed html tags, by adding "embed", "object", but it
didn't work.
anyone else done it?
