Slash requires Apache 1.3.x.  See the "REQUIREMENTS" section of
the INSTALL file for all the details.

I just updated that file to switch our MySQL recommendation from
4.1.x to 5.0.x, by the way, but either is fine.  Don't downgrade
to 4.0.x, but if you are still running 4.0.x, that works fine too
(for probably many months to come).

I've been hearing better buzz about Apache 2.2 than 2.0, so we
will probably evaluate the possibility of porting Slash to run on
it, maybe late this year.  That's not a promise.  The main
advantage of Apache 2.x is still that it runs more efficiently on
Windows, and we don't care about that at all.
