What are all the urls in question here? Maybe there is some weird caching going on at your work site. also, it occurs to me to check your config carefully to make sure each vhost is listening on the port you really think it is listening on. At this point I would also double check the DNS settings at the authoritative server for your domain(s). If they got tweaked somehow, it could cause the symptoms you are seeing.
