this'll easily uninstall a slash-site

and this'll reset your topic_draw variables (useful when you're trying 
to get the newer Slash::Admin installed w/ the topic pop up and the TTF 
fonts on a non-debian machine)

I've been using the uninstall for a few days while modding 
Slash::Install a bit. So I think it's safe.
