Interesting, it seems to me like that would cut it if you have enough RAM 
(like Shane said, that is key).

My server is a dual P3 866, running 4 Slash sites currently (and some other 
stuff), and CPU load usually hoovers in the 0.10 to 0.20 range!  Not a big 
deal at all.
