IANAL, but it is my understanding that if a trademark owner is not vigorous 
in seeking to halt every single potential infringement of a trademark, it 
is tantamount to not having the trademark at all. This is why we see some 
really ridiculous cases in the news sometimes. Perhaps you can revoke this 
claim and clear it with the Andover legal team, because I really think that 
if you allow it to stand, you may have given the opposite effect of which 
you intended.
