[Slashcode-general] Legal type questions

1. Is it legal to use the icons from Slashdot and Slashcode on our own sites? 
 Not just the ones in the Slashcode distro, but from the sites.

2. Is it legally acceptable to have "Slash" as part of a site name, or does 
that technically stomp on a trademark?

3. (Not legal) is it true that 2.2 is likely to come out this week?
