Check /usr/local/slash/site/yoursitename/logs/slashd.log to make sure it has the lines "It's Tomorrow: Run Slashd daily Voodoo". If you want, add some code to dailyStuff to log what it's doing (append log lines to a file in /tmp, for example, every time it calls sendEmail).
