If someone gets access to an admin account on your Slash site, and can eval Perl, they can probably own your box. For this reason, I'm not going to tell anyone exactly how to enable it. It's not hard, but if you can handle the security implications, you can figure out with ease how to enable it. There's really no good reason to need to enable perl anyway, that I can think of.
