[Slashcode-general] mod_gzip temporary fix

OK... found this in the mailing list archives.  Simply add the following 
directives to your Slash site's virtual host declaration ...

 mod_gzip_item_exclude reqheader Content-Type:multipart/form-data
 mod_gzip_item_exclude reqheader 
Content-Type:application/x-www-form-urlencoded

Now, this does NOT compress results from POSTed requests, only GETs.  But 
considering the percentage of requests that are POSTed, this is a whole lot 
better than nothing!!!  Would be nice to get compressed POST output too, but 
I'll live with this for now!

mod_gzip absolutely rules!
