[Slashcode-general] (no subject)

Hi everyone:

I really need someone's help here. I was trying to install slashcode on my 
machine (slash-2.0.0-pre3). When I tried to install DBIx::Password), It was 
always unsuccessful not matter how I do it. I think I might have answered 
the questions wrong when I tried to install it.

Here are the questions:

What is the name of the virtual user?
My Answer: slash

What is the dbi driver? (AKA mysql)
My Answer: mysql

What is the name of the database?
My Answer: ISUbioinformatics

What is the name of the machine that the database is on?
My Answer: I tried to use the actual name of my machine and localhost here, 
none of them worked.

What is the user name?
My Answer: slash

What is the password?
My Answer: my slash's password

The error message that I got:

DBI->connect(database=ISUbioinformatics; host=localhost) failed: Access 
denied for user: 'slash@localhost' (Using Password: YES) at 
blib/lib/DBI/Password.pm line 31.

I tried and made sure that I can access the database as the user slash.

Please!!! Someone help me. I have been stuck with installing  slashcode for 
almost two weeks. Thank you.
