I get the following error when trying to install slash 2.0.0-pre3.... I do
not know that this is a bug---it is very possible that I have erred
somewhere and would appreciate a bit of assistance:

Any assistance would be appreciated. If this is a _bug_ and the problem
isn't simply sitting at the console, I'll file a bug report.
