The general answer is No. In order to turn that into a Yes, your ISP sysadmin would probably have to have more love for you than for his job. Take a look at the install instructions and see if you think you can get your ISP sysadmin to go through all that -- Apache itself has to be configured for Slash -- with you. If you're sharing a server with others, which is most likely, what's to happen to overall service while you're reconfiguring the server?
