We are planning a release of 2.0.0 very soon.  For now, I will just include
a note in INSTALL.debian that Apache/mod_perl may not work from the package
versions.  I have no reason to suspect the other components have problems.
This way, at least, people, if they have trouble, will know they can look
in INSTALL and rebuild Apache/mod_perl.
