You put in the whole file.  I don't think the whole file is incorrect.

The options listed that are listed as passed to mod_perl for the build are
not in most default mod_perl configurations.

As far as I know, nothing can be done in Slash to change it.  One would
have to get the various distributions to change their configuration options.
