OK, I made the change noted in the email (just now, not when you checked)
on slashcode.com, and it is working now.  The sticky bit is that if the
title contains ":", then it will not print the section.  This is so people
won't have "YASS: YASS: Cool new site".

So on http://slashcode.com/index.pl, you see the first Ask Slashcode story
"Site Violates Slash License: What to do?" and the second "Ask Slashcode:
Specifying the Charset".

Again, here is the correct code to use:

                magic   => (!$full && index($story->{title}, ':') == -1
                        && ($story->{section} ne $constants->{defaultsection})
                        && ($story->{section} ne $form_section)),

There were some extra, errant parentheses in the old version.
