[Slashcode-general] stories not updating in 2.0

Can anyone who has seen the problem of new stories being posted, but not
displaying on index.pl, give me any details beyond this short description
of what is happening?  Maybe check writestatus/displaystatus of the records
in both the stories and newstories tables?
