There should be nothing from the old install to interfere, unless you have
an old Slash.pm around.  Try `perl -MSlash -le 'print Slash->VERSION'` and
see what you get.

	[pudge@yaz pudge]$ perl -MSlash -le 'print Slash->VERSION'
	2.000000
