Interestingly enough, CentOS/Redhat/Fedora is _all_ I have ever run it on (CentOS/Redhat in production). Fedora for dev at times. Mac OSX for most dev, to be honest.

If I recall correctly, the *big* thing was getting apache and mod_perl compiled together correctly.
