[Slashcode-general] Comments not appearing in Firefox?

    I've noticed that at some point in the last week or two, comments 
stopped appearing for Slashdot stories.  I don't mean that the comments 
I write aren't appearing... I mean that ZERO comments appear at all for 
each and every story on the Slashdot website.  At the bottom of the 
left-side menu I can see (for example) "127 Comments" and "127 
Hidden"... but clicking either the "More" link or the "Get More 
Comments" buttons has no effect.

    It turns out that the issue is only happening with Firefox.  It 
doesn't matter if it's Firefox 3.0.x or 3.5.x, and the issue is the same 
on both Ubuntu and Windows.  Same when logged in or not logged in.  Same 
across three different machines on three different ISP's.  However, I 
feel like I'm stuck in an "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" movie, 
because no one else on Sashdot has mentioned this issue in comments at 
all.  Is this REALLY a bizarre freak coincidence affecting only me?  I 
am presently using Internet Explorer to browse Slashdot, and that feels 
very strange.
