Slashdot is back on MySQL?  I know it went from MySQL -> PostgreSQL -> 
DB2(?) ... didn't know it went back to MySQL yet again ...

As for 'eating data' ... I'm not much into MySQL myself, but I've never 
heard of it 'eating data' before either ...
