[Slashcode-general] st_submit strangely missing?

A JavaScript function called "st_submit" is used by Slash when an
admin confirms a submission.  Oddly though, this particular function
is defined no where in the available JavaScript.

Is this some sort of "cutting-edge" issue or is there some file I am missing?
