[Slashcode-development] [PATCH] Move various fixed strings into templates

Attached is a patch that moves various strings (mostly titlebars) from *.pl
into data;*;default and getData() so that they can be translated. Merge
appreciated. Most were marked with "needs to be moved into template" anyway.
