[Slashcode-development] intermittent block changes.

     Hi again,

     Have a new and bizzare problem.  

     On the standard slash install home screen in the right column,
3rd block down we see Quick Links, a realization of the index_qlinks
block.  I modified it to contain the appropriate HTML for a link and
saved it but not as the default.  So then I went back to the home
page.  A my changes showed up, the link I had just added was there.
Then, after some looking at other pags, I went back and the old block
was back and my just added link was gone.  After a while my modified
block reappears.

     Now, index_qlinks is checked as a static or slash block when I
call up the blocks page.  But the portold box is also checked.  I know
that some blocks are generated on the fly.  I thought this was supposed
to be static block.  Obviously there's some confusion somewhere.  

     Help appreciated.
