Well, that's what I'm wondering. Because, I think (it's been a long time since 
I looked at the code) if an anonymous user hits an article.pl link, it'll 
redirect them to the .shtml, unless they are changing their comment-view 
options.

So at this point, I don't know. Hopefully someone from OSDN will chime in on 
this one...
