[Slashcode-development] What happened to "Reason Modifier"

On slashdot, in user preferences, the option to specify a Reason
Modifier seems to have vanished, or at least the <select> boxes have --
the text is still there though.  Is this a bug or intentional?  Forgive
me if this is the wrong place to bring this up.
