Russell,

Slash requires mod_perl (it doesn't use CGI) and since IIS has nothing
like mod_perl, there can't be a port of Slash to IIS short of a complete
conversion of code (a la phpNuke... a complete rewrite).

OTH, Slash works just fine on Apache on Windows now.
