well this is what we were thinking...

people vote +, -, or 'indifferent' on each story. then when the story rea=
ches the minimum number of
votes (determined as a % of active site users) the story is 'moderated' b=
y the code. if the story
has >=3D x times the # of + as -, it's posted. for us the factor would be=
 like 1.1 or so since we just
want a 'strong majority' to post the stories. but since it'll use this 'f=
actor' variable, people can
set this 'threshold' to watever they want. a factor of 2 would mean they =
had to have twice as many +
votes as - votes or more, to post the story.

whuddya think?
