[Slashcode-development] Bender Conf Problems

I'm wondering if this line in the conf files for Bender is working....

# Enable the line below if you are worried about performance
    PerlTransHandler Slash::Apache::IndexHandler

I've tried it, and if I'm a registered user, the only page I get is ones
with only the left blocks on it. An anonymous person seems to get a real
page with stories and everything.
