[Slashcode-development] moderation

we like how kuro5hin works for moderation, in that, each registered user can
moderate every single comment. we would like to have this 'open' moderation
on our slash site. one of the problems is that slash doesn't allow you to
moderate a story you participate in, or vice versa. anyone have any ideas
for howto allow this?
