[Slashcode-development] SID generation issue

[CertIndex.com W. <web...@ce...>]

when sid's are created for our forum, they get sids like 00/01/25/1236215
when it SHOULD be 01/01/25/1236215. (or better yet, 2001/01/25/1236215)
anyone have an idea why? thanks a lot
