[Slashcode-development] redundant data?

from reading the table desc. at
ftp://ftp.snap-shot.org/pub/slash/Slash_Database_Description.html it seems
the following 2 tables have columns for the same info:

users_comments / points - int(11) - number of moderation points user
currently has

users_info / tokens - int(11) - moderating tokens currently granted to user


i'm probably wrong so please tell me where. sorry but these descriptions
aren't very descriptive.
