[Slashcode-development] "Data type" and "data operation" on "vars" form vestigial?

Likewise, the "vars" form (admin.pl?op=vars) has fields for "data type" and "data operation", but it doesn't look like the code does anything with them, either (no fields in the database).  Can these input fields go away, too?
