OK, I just did a bunch of commits today, including the RSS 1.0 support, and
getting all the changes from v1_0_9_6 -> v1_0_9_11 into bender (I had
already done v1_0_9_0 -> v1_0_9_6).

To get RSS 1.0 to work, you need to make sure you have the new vars data in
there and configured (all those vars names begin with "rdf"), and you need
XML::RSS 0.10 (which you must download directly) or the next XML::RSS
version, soon to be released, maybe as 1.00 or something.

Unfortunately, I have not had the time to properly test all of this.  I
think it works, but I made some template and code changes I did not have
time to test.  If I broke something, no worries, note it for us and I'll
